The interior architecture firm led by Tristan du Plessis, Tristan du Plessis Studio, laid the foundation for a dining destination overflowing with modern elegance in the epicenter of Downtown Miami, on the rooftop of the E11EVEN Miami Ultraclub. “The brief was well executed, Giselle transports guests to another world,” says Lola Marseguerra, director of design and development at F&B Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
