How do I book my holiday event at Giselle?
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit of the food and beverage minimum is required upon signing your event agreement. Our team will guide you through available dates, menu selections, and space options to bring your vision to life.
What are the food and beverage minimums?
Minimums are based on date, time, and room selection, not on guest count. Your event manager will provide exact details based on the scope of your celebration.
Does Giselle offer pre-set menus for holiday events?
Yes. Giselle offers a pre-set event menu with coursed dining or reception-style options. Menus can be selected to match your preferences and dietary needs, ensuring every experience feels distinct and indulgent.
When do menu selections need to be finalized?
Menu selections must be confirmed ten business days before your event. If menu details aren’t finalized by that time, the chef will make selections that best reflect the spirit of the evening.
Is valet service available?
Yes. Valet parking is available for $20 per vehicle with validation. Guests may also use nearby public parking or rideshare services for convenience.
When is my final guest count due?
A final guaranteed guest count must be provided three business days before the event date.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Of course, but keep it refined, as Giselle would. If you’d like to style the space, our team can allow early access for setup (for a $150 fee). We simply ask that the details stay as polished as the evening itself, no tape, staples, nails, glitter, confetti, or wax candles.
If décor causes any damage, a restoration fee will be applied to your final bill. Due to limited storage, all items must arrive the same day as your event.
